My name is Fernanda and I’m the owner of Beijos Brazilian Sweets. I’m Brazilian, a stay at home mom and a military wife. My family and I moved to WI in July. My dream started several years ago when my husband was stationed in Italy. During a trip to Poland my husband had the idea that we should move there and open a bakery named Beijos selling brigadeiros. Well... a few short years later and, although we haven’t quite made it back to Poland (yet!), Beijos is now a reality in Shorewood, WI! We proudly serve such authentic Brazilian desserts as pão de mel (chocolate honey cake traditionally with dulce de leite center), casadinho (butter cookies sandwiching a dulce de leite or guava center), in addition to some American sweets and seasonal treats.
