Our new building at 115 56th Street has a commercial kitchen with a convection oven. The Masons bake for you every Saturday morning.
Practices
The bread is to be finished at 350-400 degrees in the oven, but we receive it par-baked from TURANO BAKERY in Chicago.
Turano has developed very tasty loaves of bread for the restaurant industry to finish, like we do every Saturday for you.
These breads contain no chemical preservatives, as they are supposed to be eaten the same day after finishing the baking process.
As par-baked product, it can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, so you can finish it when you need it.
